7signal Ltd. is a Finland-based network technology start-up with a mission to make healthcare and other mission-critical enterprise wireless LAN networks work - reliably. The 7signal solution is an innovative hardware/software wireless quality assurance (WQA) architecture which is easily installed as a monitoring layer on top of the existing WLAN. The company was founded in Helsinki, Finland by former Nokia R&D managers – turned entrepreneurs – in 2006.

7signal solutions are vendor-independent and can improve the performance of any vendor-supplied wireless network. 7signal solutions help ensure all end-users (doctors, nurses and medical records and critical medical devices) connect, and stay connected, all the time.

7signal is the first-mover pursuing a standards-driven business opportunity: uniquely offering hospital IT managers the tools to meet the new ISO 80001 requirements for managing healthcare networks.
