Veli-Pekka Ketonen

Mr. Veli-Pekka Ketonen is the founder and CTO of 7signal Ltd. With over 12 years at Nokia Networks, he has a broad international background with mobile networks. He has led several large R&D projects within Nokia, including development of Nokia GSM/EDGE UltraSite Base Station in Dallas, USA. With Nokia, he was also responsible for Nokia GPRS/EDGE network performance and competitiveness globally. Mr. Ketonen holds tens granted international patents and has several pending applications.

Mr. Ketonen holds a M.Sc. in Technology from the Helsinki University of Technology and has completed a series of executive trainings at California Institute of Technology and MIT.

Ville Ilves

Mr. Ville Ilves is responsible for marketing and sales in Northern Europe and the Americas. During the last decade Mr.Ilves has served in various executive positions within Europe and the U.S.A. He has leaded various worldwide Marketing & Sales projects in Software, Wireless, Cleantech and Government business segments.

In addition to his extensive Marketing & Sales expertise he has also been involved in multiple different business operations including transatlantic business acquisitions and start up financing.

Mr. Ilves holds an Executive MBA (Strategic Management) from the University of Oulu.

Anton Puolakka

With experience in software engineering accumulated since early nineties, Mr. Anton Puolakka brings deep implementation exposure and technical experience to the team. Previously Mr. Puolakka has been working at Nokia as a team leader in R&D. He also has extensive skills in Network Management. His involvements in numerous start-up companies, as well as theoretical studies in the field, have given Anton a good business understanding coupled with hands-on software development skills.

Mr. Puolakka holds a M.Sc. (Computer Science) from University of Helsinki.

Miika Salo

Mr. Miika Salo is the Co-founder of 7signal Ltd and is responsible for the domestic sales and corporate marketing. With nine years at TeliaSonera Finland Ltd he has vast experience in the Telecommunication industry. Most recently he worked as Senior Marketing Manager at Enterprise Services. Prior positions were Technical Specialist, Product Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager.

Mr. Salo studied in University of Vaasa, MSc in Economics (Industrial Management).

Sibel Tunali

Mrs. Sibel Tunali is responsible for the marketing and sales in Central Europe and APAC region. With over 20 years of international experience in the US, Canada, Portugal and England, Mrs. Tunali combines Business Development and Sales & Marketing with her strong technical background in electrical engineering and fixed and mobile telecoms. Her latest assignments have been for Samsung, Avaya, Nortel Networks and Vodafone.

Mrs. Tunali holds a B.Sc. (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Bosphorus in Istanbul.
