Mr. Marko Pirinen is the co-founder and Chief Customer Officer of 7signal and is responsible for 7signal services and NOC. Prior to 7signal, Mr. Pirinen was a network performance specialist in Nokia Networks covering 2G, GPRS, EDGE, 3G, 3.5G, WiMAX and WLAN technologies. Mr. Pirinen’s specialties with Nokia were end-to-end performance aspects, wireless performance optimization, application performance, live network assessments and competitor analysis. Mr. Pirinen holds a B.Sc. from Kymenlaakso University of Applied Sciences.

Mr. Veli-Pekka Ketonen is the founder and CTO of 7signal Ltd. Prior to founding 7signal, he was an executive at Nokia Networks. Mr. Ketonen has a broad international background in mobile network, having led several large R&D projects, including development of Nokia’s GSM/EDGE UltraSite Base Station in Dallas, USA and global responsibility for Nokia GPRS/EDGE network performance. Mr. Ketonen holds an M.Sc. in Technology from the Helsinki University of Technology, has completed executive trainings at California Institute of Technology and MIT, and holds tens of granted international patents with additional patents pending.
