markets and applications.
7signal Sapphire offers innovative solutions to existing challenges in wireless broadband quality assurance.
We enable our customers to know what their wireless networks are doing by measuring and monitoring continuously and automatically the
wireless network and the applications running on it.
7signal is an independent software vendor (ISV) and device manufacturer, with headquarters in Helsinki, Finland. 7signal was
established in 2006, and is a privately held company.

Chairman of the Board
Jukka Norokorpi
Jukka is an independent advisor who specializes in advising ICT companies with their
internationalization strategies and processes. Jukka has held senior executive positions
within Nokia, ICL and Teamware Group, a subsidiary of Fujitsu Ltd of Japan. He has experience in
international business operations; built business ventures with new distribution channels. He also
worked with mergers and acquisitions including the integration processes, and disposals. At present
he is a Board Director at HiQ International Plc, Affecto Plc, Predisys Inc, Medixine Ltd, Frends
Technology Inc and 7signal Ltd.
Mr. Norokorpi holds M.Sc. Computer Science from University of Tampere.

Tapio Heikkilä
Mr. Tapio Heikkilä has over 20 years experience in telecommunications and mobile communications
industry. He is a Senior Vice President of Concilio Networks Oy, a provider of mobile VoIP solutions.
Tapio previously held a number of executive positions at Nokia Networks, including general management,
business management, and marketing & sales management positions. He served as a Director of global
marketing and sales of IP Multimedia applications, and Vice President and General Manager of Professional
Mobile Radio Business unit. Tapio is currently a Board Director in three Finnish start-up companies.
Mr. Heikkilä holds a Licentiate of Technology degree from Helsinki University of Technology.

Ari Karlsson
Mr. Ari Karlsson has over 30 years experience of computer and accounting services with their family
company KKP-Yhtymä Oy. At the moment he is a private investor. Mr. Karlsson currently serves on the
Board Director of Pretax Oy, Wristop Technologies Oy, Mediteam Finland Oy, Doofor Oy and 7signal Oy.
Mr. Karlsson holds a M.Sc. degree from Helsinki School of Economics Technology.

Aarne Sipilä
Mr. Aarne Sipilä has 25 years of experience in IT and Telecom industries. His experience includes 10
years at Digital Equipment Corporation (Managing Director for Finland). Mr. Sipilä was also President
of the UPS business at Fiskars Oyj. At Nokia Oyj he held various executive positions, including being
Managing Director for the Nokia Networks Australia and New Zealand companies, Vice President and General
Manager of Fixed Switching business unit. Afterwards he worked for IBM Global Services. Currently Aarne
dedicates himself to his development company Taronga Development.
Mr. Sipilä holds a Ph.D Degree in Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology,
department of Technical Physics.
