Mr. Karlsson currently serves on the Board Director of Pretax Ltd, Wristop Technologies Ltd, Mediteam Finland Ltd, Doofor Ltd and 7signal Ltd.

Mr. Karlsson holds a M.Sc. degree from Helsinki School of Economics Technology.
