Standard Warranty and RMA Process

Standard warranty for Sapphire Eyes is based on your subscription period and covers product defects. It does not cover failures due to installation or exposure to the elements.

Out of box defective equipment will be advance replaced.

  • Email support@7signal.com regarding the problem with the equipment.
  • We work together to troubleshoot the unit and determine its status.
  • If determined to be defective, pack the equipment in the original box and return it to 7SIGNAL.
  • 7SIGNAL will provide a UPS return label via email.
  • You will not be charged for the replacement unit so long as you return the defective one within 7 days.
