The Onboarding Process

7SIGNAL's customer onboarding is second to none, providing you with project management, configuration guidance, best practice recommendations, and expert observations from our Wi-Fi specialists. You will be assigned a 7SIGNAL Account Manager and Solutions Engineer who will walk you down the path to success.

  • At the kick-off call we will review the project plan, everybody's tasks and responsibilities, as well as your uses cases and goals.
  • Then the installation and configuration portion begins and our Solutions Engineer will be along side you every step of the way, helping you incorporate best practices.
  • Next, we'll schedule a Wi-Fi Workshop that teaches you and your team all about the root-causes of poorly performing Wi-Fi.  During the same session, you will trained in how to use the 7SIGNAL platform.
  • All along the way, we'll provide you with our "expert observations" offering you suggestions for improved Wi-Fi performance and tips for remediation.
